Do you have electric vehicle recharge facilities onboard?

It is possible to charge plug-in electric cars on the Stena Scandinavica ferry on the Gothenburg - Kiel route. You can book the facility on the 'Onboard Extras' step when booking your travel. 

 

We offer 3 charging places with the possibility to charge, in total, 6 electric cars (fully electric or plug-in hybrid) during an overnight crossing. Prebooking is necessary.  The price is per car (up to 6m long, 2m high; not for motorhomes or caravans/trailers). Terms & Conditions.

 

Please note: In order for your vehicle to be positioned beside the recharging facilities, you will be boarded first when travelling from Kiel to Gothenburg and you will be boarded last when travelling from Gothenburg to Kiel. 

 

This facility it not available on any of our other ferries.
